Orders can only be placed online at www.lisacorbo.com. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. We reserve the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Lisa Corbo.
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, orders can take up to 8 weeks. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with easy access to your tracking number. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. Orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time frame. If this is the case, a sales representative will always notify the customer.

All domestic shipments are sent via Canada Post (GTA: 1-3 business days, All other Canadian areas: 3-5 business days). No further costs will be incurred upon delivery.
All international shipments (USA, Australia, Europe + Rest of the World) are sent via DHL Worldwide Express (3-5 business days). Please note that international packages may be subject to customs fees. For more information on why these fees are incurred, please contact your local customs office. We hope you understand that these charges are outside of our authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials. These are NOT included in our shipping prices. These charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to us will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for. Lisa Corbo does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds are accepted until 10 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 10 days and include all original packaging, and receipt of purchase. Please contact email@example.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for return.
In the event of a valid exchange/refund/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item. Lisa Corbo does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
IMPORTANT: Please note that in order to process an exchange, credit or refund, the item must go through the process above so we know to expect it alongside our other incoming shipments.
Lisa Corbo is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.
